Terms and conditions

§ 1 Prices

The prices in the currently valid price list or the previously confirmed prices in the offer apply.

§ 2 Tariffs

The airport and city tariff is only valid for Hamburg and for a distance of/up to 25 km start/finish, beyond that the tariffs will be charged extra as a lump sum. For tours outside Hamburg, the touring tariff will be applied or the journey will be charged as a lump sum. For this, you will always receive an individual offer, the price depends on the hours and the requested vehicle class (e.g. Mercedes S-Class etc.). For city transfers, 15 minutes waiting time is included in the pick-up, after that the waiting time is charged in 15-minute intervals. For pick-ups from the airport, 30 minutes waiting time is included, after which the waiting time is charged at 15-minute intervals.

Night surcharges apply in the period from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am, as well as surcharges on public holidays.

§ 3 Withdrawal from the contract

If the customer withdraws from the service contract or from the confirmed offer, or if he/she, without withdrawing from the contract

In the case of airport and city transfers as well as hourly bookings on a weekday within Hamburg (exceptions are bookings on several days and events), cancellations up to 24 hours before the start of the order are free of charge,

if less than 24 hours before the start of the order, 50% of the order value will be charged,
less than 12 hours before the start of the order, 75% of the order value is due,
less than 5 hours before the start of the order, 100% of the order value will be due.

For one-day events or bookings on several days, the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 14 days before the start of the order, cancellations are free of charge,

less than 14 days before the start of the order, 25% of the order value will be due,
less than 7 days before the start of the order, 50% of the order value will be due,
less than 3 days before the start of the order, 80% of the order value will be due,
less than 1 day before the start of the order, 100% of the order value will be due.

If a deposit for a service provided by F1RST Limousines & Services GmbH is agreed with the client in advance and is not paid on the agreed date, the deposit will be refunded.
This is not paid on the agreed date, F1RST Limousines & Services GmbH can withdraw from the contract.
Should the agreed payment date fall within the cancellation deadlines, these costs will be incurred by the client.

 

§ 4 Service period

A spontaneous extension of the contract is only possible after consultation with the head office or the chauffeur. For airport/train or
passengers or their agents are obliged to report any changes in flight times immediately in writing or by telephone.

§ 5 Additional costs

Parking fees, hotel costs, telephone costs, admissions or other expenses will be charged separately.

§ 6 Duty of care

If one of the limousine passengers soils or damages the vehicle, the Client shall bear the costs of cleaning or repairing the damage.

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles, nor is the taking of drugs or other intoxicants.

§ 7 Payment

Payments are due 14 days after receipt of invoice at the latest, unless other agreements have been made.

§ 8 Taking along of animals

The bringing of pets requires prior agreement with us.

§ 9 Liability

The liability of F1RST is limited to three times the agreed service price, insofar as damage to the client or limousine service user is not caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The Client or the Limousine Service User shall be jointly and severally liable for any damage caused to the vehicle used. Should the Lessor be unable to fulfil an agreed date due to technical breakdowns, force majeure, weather-related emergency or legal requirements (e.g. smog), the Hirer shall have no claim to fulfilment of the contract. The lessor will attempt to procure a replacement vehicle for the hirer; should this not be successful, the hirer will be refunded any deposit paid. Further recourse against the lessor is excluded. Under no circumstances may existing traffic regulations be violated.

§ 10 Data processing

The client agrees that all data collected in the order/offer will be stored by us.

§ 11 Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Hamburg.
